File a Public Records Request
Due to the Public Health Disaster Emergency declared by Governor Reynolds, university employees, including staff in the Office of Transparency,
have been directed to work remotely.
Although we are still accepting public records requests, please be aware that there may be delays in processing your request,
as many university officials are currently focused on handling issues relating to coronavirus.
During this time, the best way to contact the Office of Transparency is to send an email to email@example.com.
To request public records:
- Please submit e-mail requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Use the online form on the right side of this page.
Please be aware that requests for public records are themselves a public record. This means that the requester's name, request, and the documents provided are all subject to public disclosure. Additionally, all requests are logged and posted publicly on this website. Requests will be posted to the public log the month following the date they are received.
