You may request public records by telephone, e-mail, in person, or in writing.

IMPORTANT: Please read these Instructions before submitting your request.

Please be aware that requests for public records are themselves a public record. This means that the requester's name, request, and the documents provided are all subject to public disclosure. Additionally, all requests are logged and posted publicly on this website. New requests are posted to the log once a month, on the first day of the month. Once a request is complete, the log will be updated to reflect the status.
